Before requesting a return
Personalized and made-to-order items have different considerations from products expressly offered as returnable. Choosing the wrong size or submitting incorrect personalization is different from receiving an item that does not match the confirmed order.
Please contact Airplane Tees before mailing an item back. Include your order number, a description of the problem and clear photos when relevant. Keep the item and packaging while the issue is reviewed.
