Why Product Images Look Blurry When You Zoom In
A product preview is sized for viewing in a browser. Enlarging it beyond its resolution stretches the pixels, which can make details look soft. This alone does not establish how the finished product will look.
Preview and production artwork
Preview compression, screen size and zoom affect an online image. Production also depends on source artwork, material and decoration. An old website-compression percentage is not a current print-quality guarantee.
Check important details
Review placement, wording and the overall design in the available images. Check personalization spelling. If a fine line or small text is important, ask about that element before ordering instead of relying on extreme browser zoom.

Why an Order May Show Multiple Shipping Charges
An order with different products may require separate shipments. Production location, packaging and the combination of items can affect shipping calculations and the number of parcels.
Review checkout and shipping emails
Check the shipping lines and total before placing the order. Keep the confirmation. A second parcel does not by itself mean the same service was charged twice; review which items and shipments each line covers.
Tracking emails may arrive on different dates. Match them to the products rather than expecting every item in one box.

What Is Direct-to-Garment Printing?
Direct-to-garment printing, or DTG, applies ink directly to a garment using a specialized printer. It can reproduce detailed, multicolor artwork without making a separate screen for each color.
From preparation to curing
Preparation may include pretreatment to support ink adhesion and the appearance of the design. After printing, the ink is cured. Fabric, artwork and production settings affect the result.
Printful’s DTG overview explains its water-based process and cotton-rich fabrics. This describes DTG; it does not mean every Airplane Tees product uses this method.
Other methods and care
Embroidery uses stitches, while sublimation and transfers work differently from DTG. Read the specific product description.

Where Is My Airplane Tees Order?
Start with the confirmation sent after checkout. Verify the items, shipping address and email address, then look for a later shipping email. Check spam and promotions folders if a message is missing.
Production and shipping are separate
A made-to-order item may still be in production before tracking exists. A label-created status means the shipping information has been entered; it is not the same as a carrier pickup scan.
Different items may travel in separate parcels. Check which items each shipping email covers rather than assuming one tracking number represents the whole order.
Read the latest carrier update
Note the status and its date. Address exceptions and customs updates can require different steps from an ordinary in-transit scan. Use the carrier’s official tracking website.

Why a New Printed Shirt May Smell Like Vinegar
A vinegar-like smell on a new direct-to-garment shirt can come from printing pretreatment. It is not automatically evidence that the garment has been worn or the print is defective.
Pretreatment and garment care
Pretreatment supports ink adhesion. Printful explains the odor and temporary residue in its vinegar-smell guidance. Other decoration methods may differ.
Follow the garment label and our care guide. Avoid harsh cleaners or extra heat to remove the smell faster.

How to Wash and Care for Printed Shirts
Start with your garment’s care label. Fabric and decoration vary, so a shirt, embroidered hat and printed bag should not automatically receive the same treatment.
A routine for printed shirts
For many direct-to-garment shirts, use a cold, gentle wash with mild detergent. Turn the garment inside out and wash with similar colors. Avoid scrubbing the printed area.
Use the label’s drying instructions. Hanging to dry or low heat is often preferable to a hot dryer. If ironing is permitted, work inside out at the allowed temperature and keep the iron off the design.
