Use the specific size guide
Compare the garment’s measurements with a similar item you own. Do not assume identical size labels fit the same across every garment.
If an option cannot be selected, clear the current selections when that control is available, then choose again. Refreshing cannot make an unavailable combination available.
Review your selections
Check color, size, quantity and personalized wording on the product page and again in the cart. Make sure the custom text is exactly what you intend.
