Issues with my order.

How do I report a problem with my order? 

You can report problems by contacting us at:

  1. Take photos (if applicable)
  2. Explain your issue in as much detail as possible.
  3. Wait a few days for a response.
  4. Be satisfied with your Excellent service.

Be aware that we may require a photo to be submitted with your problem to begin a reshipment. It is always best to include photos with your initial problem report to avoid delays.
