How to Report a Damaged or Incorrect Order

For a damaged, misprinted or incorrect item, contact Airplane Tees with the details needed to review it. The current Return Policy gives the current reporting deadline and eligibility rules.

What to include

Send the order number, checkout email address and a description of the affected item. Explain how it differs from your confirmation. For a visible issue, include a photo of the entire item and a close-up; provide a label photo if requested.

For missing items, include the tracking link and identify what arrived. Check additional shipping emails, because items may travel separately.

Keep the item and packaging

Keep both until the issue is resolved. Obtain instructions before mailing anything back so it goes to the appropriate destination.

Possible remedies depend on the confirmed problem and the current Return Policy. A report begins the review; it does not automatically authorize a return or a particular refund.

Tracking Says Delivered, but the Package Is Missing

First verify the shipping address on your confirmation. Then check any delivery photo or location note supplied by the carrier.

Look for a different drop-off location

Check the porch, side door, parcel locker, mailroom or reception desk, as appropriate. Ask household members or building staff whether they accepted it. At a hotel or workplace, confirm which desk receives deliveries.

Ask for a review

Contact the carrier through its official support channel to review the delivery record. Keep the tracking number and any case reference. Avoid sharing full order details in public comments.

Tracking Number Has No Updates? Start Here

A shipping label and a carrier scan are different events. A tracking link may be created before the carrier records the parcel in its network. An empty tracking history alone does not establish that a package is lost.

Check the latest status

Open the link in your shipping email and confirm the carrier and tracking number. Look for label created, accepted, in transit or exception, and note the date of the latest update.

Production and shipping are separate stages. Different items may travel in separate parcels, so check each shipping email.

Personalized and made-to-order items have different considerations from products expressly offered as returnable. Choosing the wrong size or submitting incorrect personalization is different from receiving an item that does not match the confirmed order.
