An order with different products may require separate shipments. Production location, packaging and the combination of items can affect shipping calculations and the number of parcels.
Review checkout and shipping emails
Check the shipping lines and total before placing the order. Keep the confirmation. A second parcel does not by itself mean the same service was charged twice; review which items and shipments each line covers.
Tracking emails may arrive on different dates. Match them to the products rather than expecting every item in one box.
